You will work closely with all members of the team including complementary therapy, emotional support and members of the MDT

To be responsible for arranging transport, retrieving and tracking notes within the Department.Other duties include making outpatient appointments and collecting and delivering samples to pathology and prescriptions and drugs to and from pharmacy.

Training & Qualifications
Essential criteria- 4 GCSE’s or equivalent including English.
- Recognised Administration Qualification, e.g. NVQ
Experience
Essential criteria- Previous experience of office /secretarial or similar relevant role.
- Previous experience of minuting meetings and transcribing notes.
- Previous experience of working in a healthcare environment
- Previous experience of working with NHS electronic systems eg Datix, E-Series, Integra
