The Role:

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily operations of multiple supported living services
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements
  • Acting as the Registered Manager to maintain high service standards
  • Leading and developing teams to deliver person-centred care
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and expanding business opportunities
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
  • Driving social value initiatives and community engagement
The Candidate:

The ideal Operations Manager candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in operational management within a CQC-regulated setting
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams and budgets
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, GDPR, and health & safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
  • Eligibility for Registered Manager status
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
