Office Administrator / Invoice Clerk

Great opportunity to join an established commercial fleet servicing business in Warboys, Cambridgeshire (near Huntingdon & Peterborough), working as an Invoice Clerk/Office Administrator within a friendly and supportive small team.
This is a permanent part-time role of 16-20hrs across Monday to Friday (10:00 - 14:00), although hours are somewhat flexible and can be discussed, and/or adapted slightly to suit the right candidate.

You will be joining a friendly small team within a commercial workshop environment.
Your role -
As an Invoice Clerk / Office Administrator you will primarily be responsible for keeping track of money owed to us by customers, preparing invoices and updating records, as well as manning the workshop phoneline and emails, you will also be dealing with various other administrative tasks as and when they occur.
Job duties to include -- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, parcels etc.)
- Raise invoices and bills, and send them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)
- Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary
- Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned
- Answer questions and handle queries from customers regarding bills
- Report and update on activity to senior management
- Ensure that accurate scanning, filing, and storing of documents is delivered
- Assist colleagues where necessary
- Assist senior management with other misc. admin tasks
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Understanding of confidentiality, privacy, data protection etc.
- Good organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and/or competent PC user
You'll also be hard working, flexible and have good attention to detail, combined with a great attitude.
Ideally you will have previous office or administrative experience and/or experience working with QuickBooks accountancy software, however please do not let this put you off applying if you think you have the ability and attitude.
Salary & Benefits -
£9,984.00-£13,000.00 per year.
