Join Our Team as a Project Administrator

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Project Administrator to play a key role in processing sales orders, supporting project managers, and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service! The role will be based from our York Office working full time onsite.

What be you’ll doing?
  • Process Sales Orders: Input all relevant contract details into our systems (TEAMS and Risk Manager) while ensuring accuracy in financial details and invoicing
  • Client Liaison: Be the proactive point of contact for our clients, responding to requests promptly and maintaining strong relationships
  • Support Project Management: Assist in delivering client projects by producing quotations, completion reports, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order
  • Monitor KPIs: Track and report on client account performance, escalating any issues as needed
  • General Administration: Utilise systems like Gold Vision and the Projects Tracker to aid sales and forecasting

Requirements

What be you’ll doing?

What you’ll need?
  • Experience: You’ve worked in client service and administration, with a solid grasp of Excel, Word, and financial systems (like Sage).
  • Skills: Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Mindset: A self-motivated team player who thrives under pressure and enjoys problem-solving
