Lab and Workshop Manager - Peterborough

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Lab and Workshop Manager to join our client's team in the field of animal health and pharmaceuticals. This role focuses on supporting preclinical research efforts, ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory activities, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions for animal health.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine laboratory tasks and experiments in support of preclinical research.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Follow established protocols and safety procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of samples.
• Document and report findings accurately using appropriate software tools.
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing research projects.
• Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and materials.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
