HR Operations Coordinator - London
A top law firm is looking to hire a new HR Operations Coordinator on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. The HR Operations Coordinator supports the efforts of the Firm's Human Resources (HR) department, working with the HR Operations team to provide a seamless HR Operations service.
Up to £35,000 experience dependentHybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)Friendly and collaborative culture and working environmentHR Operations Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the London HR Operations inbox, ensuring queries are allocated to team members as appropriate.Take the lead with maintaining / auditing the PeopleSoft database for the London, Paris, Brussels & Riyadh offices. Conducting the weekly audit of joiner information.Support the HR Operations team in testing bug/issue fixes, system enhancements and developments to PeopleSoft.Coordinate the International offices on the transfer and secondment process, in line with the US.Responsible for accurately updating PeopleSoft with all payroll data changes for the London office.Preparation and validation of the monthly payroll information for the London office.Assist the HR Operations team with preparing and reviewing process documentation across the function.Schedule meetings, manage diaries and take accurate meeting notes as requested.
