Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

• Supervising and coordinating hotel staff to deliver high-quality guest services
• Managing day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Implementing and maintaining operational procedures to enhance guest satisfaction
• Handling human resources functions such as staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the hotel premises
• Resolving guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve overall hotel objectives
• work alongside General Manager and provide support where needed

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in managing multilingual and multicultural teams
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
• Bilingual proficiency is desirable but not essential
