Job Description
The Organisational Development Consultant role involves partnering with leaders and HR Business Partners to diagnose organisational challenges and opportunities, particularly in areas such as management practices, team dynamics, culture, and climate.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to diagnose challenges and design tailored solutions.
- Facilitate workshops to improve team performance and culture.
- Provide expert coaching to leaders on change management and engagement.
- Use data insights to inform strategies and evaluate outcomes.
- Work closely with other Organisational Development Consultants and HR professionals to drive impactful initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
I am seeking an Organisational Development Consultant with:
- Expertise in diagnosing and addressing organisational challenges.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
- The ability to interpret and apply data to inform decisions.
