Data Centre Practice Lead

£95,000 - 105,000 basic + 10% bonus

Remote working with occasional client travel

This is your chance to spearhead a well-established Practice within a dynamic and growing IT consultancy. As the Data Centre Practice Lead, you'll be at the helm of a structured team, steering them towards continued success. Your new role..

In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of 4 Principal Consultants and oversee a practice of 15+ talented individuals. Your influence won't stop there - you'll actively contribute to business strategy, playing a key role in achieving revenue targets.

Working closely with the CTO, you'll define the organization's Data centre offerings, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry innovation.

Salary is £95 - 105k + 10% bonus. This role is predominantly remote with some travel and office visits around the South of England.

Other things you’ll bring to the role:

  • Expertise across Data Centre Infrastructure technologies (Operating systems, hypervisors, storage, networking).
  • Strong consultancy background and experience working closely with customers.
  • Excellent leadership and management experience.
  • Experience with VMWare and Hyper-V along with cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.
