Special Needs Teaching Assistant

Newstaff are looking to recruit qualified Teaching Assistants with expereince working in the Special Needs sector. The role would be working as part of our supply cover team covering in schools and educational centres across Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire.

The hours of work are 8.30am to 3.30pm or 830 to 1pm during school term time only. Working as supply cover Teaching Assistant is perfect if you want a job that works around family commitments.

Requirement Essential:

  • Must have experience working with SEN children.
  • Preferably have a childcare or SEN qualification.
  • An understanding of childcare and the UK education system.
  • Have a ‘can do’ and caring attitude
  • A right to work in the UK
  • Be able to provide 2 references
  • Have an enhanced DBS that is in the Update service. We can assist you in getting a DBS if you havent got one.
