To assist the FM Supervisor in organising the staff rosters, ensure staff are used efficiently and communicating shifts to the staff in a timely fashion. To ensure that any staff who are new to the area are taken through the induction programme.
To carry out training with staff on use of equipment and safe methods of working. To assist the FM Supervisor in ensuring that mandatory training, supervisions & appraisals are carried out as per Trust policy/procedure and that all necessary documentation is completed.
To assist the FM Supervisor in ensuring that staff are released for training as and when required. Full training will be given for the role however, previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, as would previous NHS experience.
