In this role, you will partner closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless membership processes, lead a dedicated team of Membership Contract Executives, and be responsible for everything from new member onboarding to contract renewals and adjustments.You will be the go-to expert on our membership experience, making sure every touchpoint runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with service expectations.

Key Responsibilities- Leading and developing a team of Membership Contract Executives, ensuring their success and the success of every member they support.
- Mastering the membership journey—onboarding new members, managing renewals, and processing any adjustments or cancellations with a customer-first approach.
- Generating actionable insights through regular reporting, identifying trends and improvements for the Head of Membership.
- Creating and monitoring KPIs and SLA standards, guaranteeing excellence in every aspect of the membership process.
- Ensuring communications are timely, accurate, and tailored to each member’s needs, driving satisfaction and retention.
- A strong customer focus and a passion for building successful teams.
- Proven experience in managing processes and achieving KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence across all levels.
- Analytical skill and expertise plus a familiarity with CRM systems for a data-driven approach.
- Great organisation and time management skills.
