Job Description
You will be leading on transactions from start to finish: lead generation, pitching, due diligence and execution. As well as taking a lead internally with development of management and the Midlands brand.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have ambitions to develop into a partner in the future.- Ideally qualified ACA ACCA or CFA
- Experience in Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions or in house M&A as a lead advisor
- Strong project management
- Team management, mentoring, leadership
- Ensure best practice
- Origination, building network across private equity, OMB's, etc
What's on Offer
Salary up to £120,000 (DOE), 30% bonus and wider benefits to be discussed at a later stage.
