Summary
One of the UK s largest infrastructure contractors are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Quantity Surveyor work on a £ 1 billion Station delivery project in North West London
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be required to undertake all duties within the commercial department and project teams such as- Producing and provide accurate forecasts of project costs to completion and final value
- Continual monitoring of projected costs
- Monitor cash flow and valuation plan
- Ensure contract variations are identified
- Strong experience in Quantity Surveying (5 years)
- Major civils infrastructure projects experience
- Holds CSCS
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
- NEC3 experience
