CSCS LABOURER x 10 - FULL TIME AND PERMANENT £1000 WEEK

Salary: £18 – £25 per hour (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (Overtime available)

Job Overview

You will be an integral part of the site team, ensuring projects run safely, cleanly, and on schedule.

• Site Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and safe site environment by clearing debris, managing waste disposal, and ensuring walkways are hazard-free.
• Logistics & Loading: Assisting with the delivery and unloading of materials (e.g., timber, plasterboard, bricks) and distributing them to the relevant trade teams.
• Trade Support: Assisting skilled tradespeople (Carpenters, Bricklayers, Electricians) with basic manual tasks as required.
• Equipment Handling: Safe operation of basic power tools and ensuring all site equipment is stored securely at the end of each shift.
• Health & Safety: Strictly adhering to site-specific health and safety regulations and wearing full PPE at all times.

• Essential: A valid CSCS Card (Green or Blue).
• Experience: Proven experience working on busy construction sites (ideally 1+ years).
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks for the duration of the shift.
• Reliability: Punctuality is critical; you must be able to commute to various London postcodes for an 8:00 AM start.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.
