What we’re looking for:
- A full UK manual driving license and Right to Work in the UK.
- Flexibility to work across the North East, we have a lot of young people so you could be asked to work in any of our teams.
- People who are open minded, willing to learn and able to adapt to anything which may be thrown your way, like we said, this isn’t your standard care role.
- An understanding of trauma and its impact on behaviour and safeguarding.
