Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of our dynamic and supportive school in West Bromwich,with an immediate start. About The Role:
- Enthusiastic about education and teaching
- Effectively managing behaviour in the classroom and following the schools behaviour policies
- Ensuring safeguarding of children
- Confidently and flexibly meeting the diverse needs, with experience supporting children
- Be flexible to year group/ key stage
- Able to support 1:1 or lead small groups of children
About You:
- Knowledge of the national curriculum
- Ideally Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or supporting teaching and learning qualification
- Previous experience in education environment or possess appropriate transferrable skills
- Can drive or reliably commute at late notice
- You will also be expected to have good communication skills and effective group management experience.
