What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills status (QTLS).
- Have prior experience teaching or working within a Secondary School setting.
- Possess a strong understanding of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Be passionate about working with young people.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment in line with safeguarding procedures.
- Employ innovative and engaging teaching methods.
