Nursing Home Manager - Liverpool

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established, reputable nursing home based in Liverpool. Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
• Oversee all aspects of care delivery, ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure the home operates to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Promote a positive environment for both residents and staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid NMC Pin and registered nurse qualification.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a nursing home or healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions.
