Pertemps are currently seeking a confident and proactive Temporary Office Administrator to support our client in the ST1 area of Stoke-on-Trent. This is an immediate start, lasting between 2 to 4 weeks, ideal for someone with a professional telephone manner and strong computer skills.
Duties of this Office Administrator role include:
- Making outbound calls to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Handling incoming calls and queries
- Updating and maintaining client records and databases
- Providing general administrative support to the office team
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Supporting with document creation and basic data entry
Skills and experience required for this Office Administrator role:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Confident speaking with clients over the phone
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous office/admin experience preferred
