Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Plan, prepare, and assess student progress according to the curriculum.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student achievement and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Geography curriculum and contribute to departmental development.
- Support students in their academic and personal growth through mentoring and guidance.
Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have relevant experience teaching Science.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and the ability to differentiate instruction for varied abilities.
- Possess excellent classroom management skills and a positive approach to fostering student achievement.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
