Learning Support Assistant Level 2 or 3 (depending on experience).
Term time only including 5 TED days. Required from 1st January 2024Hours: 32.5 per week
Parkside Middle School is a thriving and vibrant middle school, for pupils aged 9-13, in the heart of Bromsgrove. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant. The successful candidate will provide learning, care and support for pupils with special educational needs to help work towards the outcomes on their education and health care plan (EHCP).This will involve working with the teacher to plan and deliver activities and supporting the pupil with routines, transitions and behaviour management.
It would be beneficial if the candidate has previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant. The candidate should be able to build positive relationships with pupils, promote high self-esteem, independence, and social inclusion. They will demonstrate and encourage high standards of behaviour and support pupils with their social, emotional, and mental health needs.

- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or working with children.
