JOB TITLE: Night Cleaning Supervisor
LOCATION: Royal Bank of Canada, London
REPORTING TO: ABM Site Cleaning Lead
SHIFT PATTERN: Sunday - Thursday; 10 pm - 7 am ; 9 hours per day with 1 hr unpaid break, 40 hours per week
ABM delivers these custom facility solutions to properties across a wide range of industries – from commercial office buildings to schools, airports, hospitals, data centres, manufacturing plants and distribution centres, entertainment venues and more.

PAY RATE: £14.70
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervising and working with a full-time night cleaning team. You must be proactive and be able to problem solve, with good attention to detail and reliable.- Various Cleaning duties
- Machine operation
- Supervising a team of cleaners
- Manage the allocation of holidays.
- Monitoring and controlling periodic tasks to ensure completion to a high standard.
- Completing paperwork/audits and managing yours and the teams T&A system.
- Communicating with Line Manager
- Check periodical or specialist works once completed.
- Training of staff
- Conducting Team briefings
- Accountable for your team
- Health & Safety
- Complete staff wages
- Liaising with the Line Manager regarding after Event clean ups.
Person Specification:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Outstanding Communication skills both internal and external.
- The Ability to effectively prioritise your workload and build relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A customer focused approach.
- A proactive/can do attitude to work.
- The ability to work on own initiative and take full responsibility of role.
- The ability to follow process/instructions
