Job Description
As HR Administrator, you will;- Manage personnel records ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
- Support the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to organising interviews
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documents, including contract offers and salary changes.
- Respond to employees' queries about HR-related issues
- Participate in HR projects as required
- Assist with payroll procedures when necessary
- Help in designing and implementing company policies
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- An interest in the Beverage or FMCG industry
- Qualifications in Human Resources (CIPD would be beneficial)
- Experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HR software and databases
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- A competitive salary range between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
