We’re recruiting for a Procurement Digital Technology Manager to join our Group Procurement team with a focus on building and leading the implementation of the Procurement IT Roadmap. You’ll have responsibility of leading Procurement master data, automation and integration through all our procurement systems, implementation of the Procure to Pay content strategy and will shape and implement digitisation capabilities to help drive operational efficiencies.

The role comes with line management responsibility.

What's the job?:

  • Lead procurement IT roadmap approved by Procurement Senior Management and ensure it is implemented accordingly.
  • Ensure full adoption of Source to Pay processes and tools within Procurement by measuring and proposing improvement plans
  • Define and lead P2P ways to buy, buying channels and content strategy
  • Ensure that the right P2P content is in place to deliver the upmost value, depending on the suppliers, the categories and the countries (price list, punch-out catalogues, preferred supplier lists, marketplaces, forms etc…)
  • Measure maturity journey and engage with banner senior leadership to contribute to key S2P strategic milestones thanks to content improvement in a fast-moving environment
  • Monitor compliant use of all S2P procurement channels and their payment methodology
  • Lead initial supplier enablement for the last banners not yet Coupa deployed
  • Identify and promote opportunity to reduce the administrative burden within Procurement.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong knowledge and experience of Coupa (Coupa certification required)
  • Proven experience in Procurement methodologies, processes and tools together with an omni-channel approach to the supplier market
  • Broad experience of ERP systems and their integration into business
  • Experience of lean procurement (Lean Six Sigma knowledge desirable).
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills managing a range of stakeholder relationships.
