Technology Delivery- Senior Manager

- Define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
- Identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead all aspects of coordinating and mentoring project managers, engineers, developers, and other team members. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development to build a world-class team.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, partners, and team members, including business units, senior management, and external partners.
- Communicate project status, changes, and challenges effectively to all collaborators.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources. Allocate and optimize resources to meet project requirements and deadlines. Track and report on budget expenditures and financial performance.
