Education Impact Academy Trust is a MAT incorporating Wilson Stuart School, Queensbury School and Mayfield School. Wilson Stuart School is an Ofsted designated outstanding all age (2 – 25 years) Special School which provides very high-quality education for 257 pupils and young people who have physical disabilities, and/or complex medical conditions.

Queensbury School provides for 245 students who have MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) and SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health). Mayfield School educates children and young people, who have a range of learning difficulties, between the ages of 3 and 19 and have approximately 300 students on roll.

About this Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Special Schools DLP Attendance Manager. This is a newly formed team and although based at Wilson Stuart School you will be working across the city providing support to Birmingham Special Schools to work with families to support them and engage them in the learning with a particular focus on improving their school attendance.

The appointment is initially on a fixed term contract until August 2026. Ideally, the successful candidate will be accustomed to working with students with SEND (EHCPs) and their parents/carers, families and schools.
