Do you have at least 12-months of administration experience working in either a legal or professional services environment?

The chosen individual will provide full secretarial support to Partners and Legal Advisors. This includes managing confidential matters, diary management, organising meetings, events, and document preparation.

Main Responsibilities for Junior Legal PA:

• PA support to Partners and Legal Advisors
• Typing, tracking, and amending documents
• Organising meetings and travel
• Managing client files, including opening, closing, and archiving
• Billing and cheque requisitions
• Client interaction via phone
• Answering routine telephone inquiries

Skills Required from Junior Legal PA:

• Accurate typing skills
• PA experience in a corporate environment is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
• Friendly and helpful approach to dealing with queries
