About Our Client

This role is within a healthcare charity, based in London.

• Assist the head of team to deliver on internal communications strategies.
• Manage internal communications channels including newsletters, intranet, and social media platforms.
• Craft engaging content for internal audiences.
• Support the planning and execution of internal events.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal communications campaign.
• Work alongside HR and senior stakeholders to develop messaging and ensure these are delivered on chosen channels.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Internal Communications Officer should have:

• Experience in a Communications, Content or Marketing role within the charity sector ideally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using social media and digital platforms, such as internal intranet pages.

• 12 month FTC
• Immediate start ideally
• Salary circa £30,000 - £33,000 pa, doe.
