In this versatile role, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment efforts, shaping the experiences of job seekers looking to join the Northern Care Alliance (NCA).

We’re looking for a strong communicator to showcase our brand and use various channels to bring our amazing careers to life.
The split will be 80% digital marketing, 20% events (approximately).
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online channels – including social media, the NCA careers website and our internal intranet page.
Other responsibilities include:
- Developing visual content that is innovative, inclusive, engaging and shows the NCA as an excellent place to work.
- Designing and executing targeted digital marketing recruitment campaigns for various health and social care professions.
- Planning, organising, and delivering successful in-person and virtual recruitment events.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
- Supporting with various communications activity for the team, which includes: publishing regular e-bulletins, enhancing job descriptions, coordinating newsletters, sourcing blog content and maintaining a multi-channel social media content plan.
You will be expected to travel as part of this role to support events and create attractive marketable content, therefore you must be a car user with a valid UK driving license and be willing to use your car for business purposes.

Person specification
Qualifications & Training
Essential criteria- Educated to degree level or demonstratable equivalent experience
- Full UK driving license with willingness to use own car for work purposes
- Marketing or Communications qualification or equivalent relevant experience
Knowledge & Training
Essential criteria- Experience of planning and implementing campaigns, especially from a digital perspective
- Experience of coordinating a tailored social media strategy to support communication marketing objectives
- Experience of creating content for corporate social media accounts – including working to brand guidelines
- Copywriting experience
- Experience of developing marketing and direct mail materials, in-house and external newsletters and other publications
- Experience of working in a marketing and/or communications role
- Proven track record of successful event management
- Experience in a recruitment environment
Skills & Abilities
Essential criteria- Skilled use of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Demonstrable creative skills – able to design and develop social media cards, newsletters, publications and posters
- High attention to detail
- Photography/camera skills
- Organised, calm and professional, ability to work under pressure, delivering to tight deadlines and budgets
- Effectively establish and report against KPIs, which measure success, impact and effectiveness
- Flexibility in terms of working hours and availability at evenings and weekends
- Good problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills
- Website design
- Video production and editing
