Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).
Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Data, Analytics and Insights Lead into our Education team for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover in our global London HQ.
This person will work proactively, supporting our schools to use data, analysis and insight to ensure that students achieve the best possible outcomes. As well as developing or strengthening initiatives led by the Education Team
Key to your role will be supporting all stakeholders to set up systems and processes to capture and use data to support student learning.
The post is ideally suited to individuals who have led on data assessment at a school or multi-school level.
The role:
We seek an individual to join as a Data, Analytics and Insights Lead where your focus will be to:
- Develop excellent relationship with all key stakeholders both internal and external.
- Support schools to set up systems to capture, analyse and act on student performance data.
- Manipulate, analyse and present data sets in ways in which all stakeholders can use to better perform their roles.
- Draw insights from data which support strengthened delivery and decision making.
- Use software such as Power BI to visualise data (preferable).
- Manage and lead external consultants.
- Possess an intimate understanding of school-based data and assessment systems, preferably those used by international schools.
- Use software and methodologies relevant to this role to a high level and learn new ones quickly.
- Write clear and succinct reports highlighting issues derived through analysis of data.
The Successful Candidate will possess:
- You will possess a strong track record and significant experience of data manipulation, analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver on immediate priorities and plan for future needs.
- Ability to contribute to a range of projects running simultaneously, maintaining high standards.
- Highly developed inter-personal skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- Ability to work independently, displaying initiative and creativity.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Able to prioritise, meet targets within deadlines and surpass expectations.
