Peterborough College is seeking an exceptional Head of Faculty to lead our dynamic team in Adult Skills, ESOL & Digital Learning. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our adult and 16-18 curriculum, ensuring it's relevant, engaging, and equips students with the skills they need to thrive in the ever-evolving job market.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage a team of inspiring teachers, ensuring exceptional teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
  • Develop and implement a curriculum that's responsive to labour market demands and student needs.
  • Champion innovation and best practices across the college, collaborating with faculty heads and digital technologies specialists.
  • Analyse data and utilize insights to continuously improve student outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and aspiration among staff and students.
  • Oversee financial planning for the faculty, ensuring efficient delivery of the curriculum and achieving set targets.
