Water Hygiene Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Water hygiene technician.
This role will involve as a Water Hygiene Technician, you may have some basic knowledge of water systems and have ideally worked in a customer facing role previously. You will have a friendly flexible approach to your job and be confident in working as part of a team as well as independently.

Tasks:
- Temperature monitoring, routine sampling, and analysing water systems
- Assist with tank cleaning and disinfection
- Showerhead cleaning and descaling
- Assist with cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold-water systems
- CWST inspections
- Assist with the maintenance and servicing of TMVs
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Full UK driving license
- Basic IT skills (able to use phone/tablet to record information, take photos, etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Competent in working independently
- Flexible
- Organised - can manage their own paperwork and expenses
Desirable skills and qualifications:
- Experience of water systems
- Health and Safety Training i.e., Working at Height, Asbestos Awareness, COSHH
- A background in plumbing or building maintenance would be beneficial.
It is also essential that you have a full driving licence. This role may also include out of hours call outs.
