Job Description- Manage and process the monthly payroll for all employees
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
- Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
- Work closely with HR and Accounting departments
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
- Assist in the development of overall payroll procedures
- Provide support for payroll audits
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Assistant should have:
- 2+ years experience in a payroll assistant role
- Knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Annual salary in the region of £28,800 - £35,200
