An Altrincham based Accountancy firm are seeking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This firm provides a personal, professional and tailored accounting service to a range of clients including start ups, sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, property landlords, and contractors.They provide a range of services including accountant, including accounts, tax, payroll, and business advice.
Your new role
As Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for the bookkeeping service for a range of clients from sole traders, partnerships and possibly small, limited companies. You will work as part of an effective team to ensure client queries managed and help in developing client relationships.You will also get involved in VAT returns and occasional accounts preparation duties
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience handling accounts for a range of clients and strong IT skills with experience in accounts software such as Xero, Sage, Quickbooks or similar systems. This candidate will need to be AAT or part ACCA qualified.You will need excellent attention to detail and the ability to think beyond the task at hand.
