User Experience Analyst

Reporting directly to the User Experience Manager, the purpose of the User Experience Analyst is to assist with the User Services User Experience Programme. Owned by the Head of User Services, the goal of the program is to align User Services objectives to DVSA and PD&D strategic objectives whilst focusing on building strong business relationships.
A key part of the role will include managing stakeholder relationships, promoting the use and benefits of the knowledge base to Technology Services Teams and end users. You will be required to work with Technology Services Teams to understand and share their development and application of ideas that improve the way that the IT function works amongst the wider team and end users.
You will also be required to assist the User Experience Manager with the delivery of the User Experience Program Process and Policy and ensuring supporting documents are reviewed and updated on a regular basis
This role will focus on:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Feedback analysis from a wide range of IT users
- Managing the knowledge base that includes user help guides for all IT users
- Sending out IT related communications out to the agency
- Help manage Continual Service Improvement initiatives across technology services
- Be involved in user research activities such as sending out surveys and conducting focus groups when needed.
