We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring music lessons to students. You will play a key role in fostering a love for music and developing students' musical skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality music lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their best in music.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Organise and lead extracurricular music activities, such as school concerts and music clubs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall music program.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Music or a related field.
- Experience teaching music at the secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for music.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for music and education.
