US law firm housed in a stunning city location, is looking for a new Coordinator to support the Secretarial Manager on an initial 9-month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some operational or administrative experience within a law firm, looking to directly support a secretarial manager who leads a fast-growing team.

Administrative Coordinator duties will include:

Assisting the Secretarial Manager in all functions of the roleProvide administrative and organisational support for various departments and processes including operations, facilities, and talent management;Maintain accurate administrative files, spreadsheets and databases; generate reports and presentations;Coordinate office/social events, office-specific programs, and assist with logistics for staff meetings;Update process and systems with respect to office moves, floor plans, and telephone directories, and other office transactions;Coordinate payment of vendor invoices, assist with budget control and maintenance;Process client service specialist changes, and prepare monthly ratio updates;Act as administrative liaison with internal and external parties on behalf of the Secretarial Manager;Handle additional administrative projects as assigned.

Administrative Coordinator requirements:

Very strong administration and attention to detail skillsHighly competent on MS OfficePrevious law firm experienceStrong organisation skills
