ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of the education transformation strategy.
Collaborate with faculty and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in curriculum and teaching methods.
Oversee the integration of technology into the educational framework to enhance learning outcomes.
Facilitate professional development programs aimed at improving teaching quality and curriculum delivery.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Advocate for policy changes that support innovative educational practices and inclusive learning environments.
Engage with community partners and external organizations to strengthen educational resources and support systems.
RequirementsMaster's degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational administration or leadership roles.
Proven track record of leading successful educational transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of current educational trends, technologies, and best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans within dynamic environments.
