ABOUT THE ROLE

I am a young man with complex health care needs, and I require 2:1 support at all times. I live in my home with my family, and I have a great team of Personal Assistants who support me and know my needs. My conditions mean that I require support with all aspects of my daily living and suitable candidate will need to be able to support me with various tasks throughout the day, these include but are not limited to personal care, feeding, physio, administering of medication.

I enjoy listening to music and participating in brain stimulation exercises, which enhance my mood and cognitive function.
