Salary - £49,995 - £63,832 plus excellent employee benefits and career progression

Here's what you'll be doing
We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Site Manager for our new and exciting Green Funding Solutions team which has developed from nothing to approximately 100 people and £70m - £100m revenue in 3 years. Our remit is to investigate and secure external funding for 'green' solutions for our most vulnerable customers and households.This ranges from insulation, solar panels and heat pump programmes, through to innovative low carbon heating propositions and health care solutions. We are helping 1000's of customers each year to be safer, warmer and have more affordable bills.
In this role you will help to oversee the delivery of a wide variety of energy efficiency measures installed via our supply chain across England.
Ultimately you will oversee various projects across our portfolio to support successful delivery of Green Funding Programmes. Reporting into the Construction Manager you will have the day-to-day responsibility of managing contractors on site, ensuring key deadlines are met, health and safety protocols are adhered to and that the quality of work delivered is to 'best in class’ standards.
You will support with the performance management of contractors to optimise delivery and contribute towards the success and continued growth of the Green Funding Solutions team.
Being responsible for the overall site delivery of EWI, Solar PV, CWI, LI, UFI, roofs/windows, Air source heat pumps and any additional measures across all UK sites. You will manage both internal and external site teams.
Using your excellent communication skills you will develop effective working relationships with all key stakeholders at all levels both internal and external in order to deliver the business objectives.

What we need from you- Site management experience
- Experience of managing people
- Experience in refurbishment and construction
- Working knowledge of CDM 2015
- Working knowledge of PAS 2035 & PAS2030:2019
- Holding a valid & appropriate CSCS card
- SMSTS training or equivalent
- Fabric or Renewables experience
- Current First Aid certificate
- Programming capabilities
- Full driving licence
- Experience of working in and around occupied properties
- Ability to maintain optimum business performance in a quality focused environment
- Good computer skills with a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including word, excel and PowerPoint
- With the ability to learn and execute management systems
