An exciting permanent part time opportunity has become vacant in our Facilities Auditing team at the RUH in Bath.
Using cloud-based tools, you'll be integral to monitoring cleanliness standards across the Trust to ensure they are kept high, as this is crucial in keeping the hospital environment safe and clean for our patients and staff.
This post is full time at 37.5hrs per week.
Main duties of the job
Responsible for managing your own audit schedules and calendar in line with weekly and monthly audit priorities which are guided by audit frequency and risk category.
Ensures audit responses are accurate and representative of the area at that moment in time using a cloud-based auditing tool.
Contribute valuable feedback on observed or identified failures to help drive and maintain high standards.
While training will be provided on the job, the ideal candidates should have the following:
Effective organisational and time management skills.Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to prioritise workload without supervision.
Ability to act on own initiative.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Have basic Microsoft skills
Be flexible
The role requires you to have a current right to work in the UK, which enables you to undertake the role without need of sponsorship. Under current UK immigration rules this role is not eligible for sponsorship and it is not possible for the Trust to sponsor applicants for a visa for this role.

Qualifications
Essential criteria- Good education to at least O level/GCSE pass level
- Cleaning standards qualification BICS or NVQ
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria- Competently use Microsoft word, Excel and outlook
- A good understanding and aptitude for using computer systems and packages
- Previous healthcare experience in cleaning management
- Experience of auditing/monitoring standards
- Experience Of Using C4c system, or any other electronic cleaning audit tool
