Join Our Team as a Skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator!**
**Location:** Tyseley**Pay Rate:** £14.42 per hour
**Hours:**
- Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Start your weekend early!)
- Occasional Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
**Overtime:** Paid at 1.5x the regular rate

**Your Role:**
As a **TIG Welder/Fabricator** , youll work on bespoke, high-precision products, primarily using **stainless steel (99%)** and sometimes **aluminum (1%)** . The job involves working with **material thicknesses from 1mm to 6mm** , with most projects involving just 1-3 units, allowing you to focus on **quality over quantity** .
**Key Responsibilities:**- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum.
- Fabricate custom components based on exact specifications.
- Work with small production runs, focusing on precision.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings.
- Ensure all finished products meet our high-quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve production goals.
- Proven experience in **TIG welding and fabrication** , especially with stainless steel.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in **bespoke fabrication** and working with smaller production runs.
- A passion for detail, quality, and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime for extra pay.
