Ridgewood Community High School Generic Secondary Special school for approximately 200 pupils aged 11-19, co-located with a mainstream Secondary School.
We are looking for a multi-talented Deputy Head who is inspirational and reflective. Applications are invited from experienced candidates who have excellent knowledge and understanding of children with SEND and the skills to work collaboratively within our setting.
The position of Deputy Headteacher presents an exciting opportunity for a visionary, empathetic, and determined leader to work alongside our talented, professional, and caring staff in shaping the future of our school. The successful candidate will be central to our continued success, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our students thrive both academically and personally.
As a non-class based Deputy Head, the role includes proactive support of teaching and learning, so that together with parents and other professionals we can ensure that our children secure the very best outcomes possible, linking to our School Mission – “Inspire Today, Achieve Tomorrow”
