Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per annum
Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday

Your duties will include some of the following:
- Inputting customer orders
- Liaising with customers from some of the following countries Belgium, Denmark, Poland, Sweden, Ukraine etc
- Receive and process all incoming customer's enquiries & quotations
- Keep customers informed of order status
- Send samples to customers
- Liaise with the warehouse
- Book deliveries/ arrange collections for shipments when required
- Complete relevant paperwork for customers for customs declaration when required
- Process invoicing and other general administration duties where required
