Your new company

You will be working for an established Healthcare organisation based in South Birmingham and work as their Compliance Officer. Potential candidates can apply for the role on a temporary or permanent basis. You will work as part of a wider central team and report directly to the Head of Compliance.

Your new role

Within your new role you will collect and analyse data, create reports and contribute findings in order to support wider decisions and ensure full compliance with regulatory bodies. You will work with external stakeholders to obtain data, keep records accurate and up-to-date, collate complaints and write reports to share at board meetings.

You will be heavily involved in inspections to ensure full compliance within the Healthcare setting.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful for this role, you must be able to demonstrate your ability to gather data, analyse complex data, share data and offer best practice. You must have experience of writing reports, working with complex databases and managing risk.
Previous experience of inspections, compliance management and quality improvement is required for this role, preferably within healthcare/medical/NHS. Previous employment of practice management, governance management, primary care or assistant practice management is desired for this role but not essential.

You must be able to work Monday to Thursday in an office based in South Birmingham. On Fridays, you are able to work from home. As mentioned, you can apply for this role on a temporary or permanent basis.
