Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for creating engaging content and building strong internal and external connections? We are seeking an experienced Internal Communication and Engagement Manager to join our team. In this diverse and exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our company’s communication strategy, ensuring alignment between internal engagement, digital content creation, and external PR efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal Engagement: Lead and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and keep teams informed and motivated through compelling and relevant communications.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality digital content for internal and external platforms, including newsletters, blogs, videos, and social media posts, to amplify key messages and corporate values across a diverse workforce. Lead on the publishing of internal communications content, with a strong focus on our digital channels. As well as producing excellent written content, we are looking for someone who is good at creating innovative imagery, graphics and videos to bring our messages to life.
• External Communications and PR: Manage employee focused public relations activities to strengthen the company’s profile, including media and social platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets to elevate the company’s profile.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders, leadership, HR, and other departments to ensure consistency and clarity in messaging across all communication channels.
• Events: Assist in successfully organizing and promoting internal events and communication campaigns that drive employee engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in internal communications, PR, and digital content creation.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and best practices for both internal and external communications.
• Creative thinker who can design innovative engagement strategies that resonate with employees and the public.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
