As a key member of our Central Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, enhancing our reputation and driving engagement with our community, leading to Trust growth in a highly competitive sector.

Communications and Marketing Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and implement a comprehensive communication and marketing strategy that aligns with our vision and supports our mission.
• Manage and oversee all Trust level internal and external communications, including press releases, media relations, social media, and website content
• Build marketing capacity and systems across our schools
• Create engaging and compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional videos
• Facilitate, build and maintain strong relationships between the key stakeholders, including our schools, parents, pupils, and community partners
• Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
