Job Description

The Head of Sales will have the following responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the company's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs.
• Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
• Ensure the sales team operates in line with the company's mission and values.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Implement new sales strategies and techniques.
• Monitor and analyse sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of company goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Sales should have:

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in a senior sales role within the Pest Control industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

• An attractive salary package of approximately £55,000 - £60,000 per annum plus a generous commission structure.
