We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school team, focusing on Key Stage 2 (KS2). This role is ideal for someone who has experience in supporting SATs preparation and holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist in the delivery of daily lessons specifically tailored to KS2 students.
• Provide targeted support to students preparing for SATs, helping them achieve their full potential.
• Work closely with the lead teacher to implement lesson plans and educational activities.
• Facilitate small group sessions and one-to-one support for students needing extra help.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Assist in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom resources and setup for activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Proven experience in supporting SATs preparation.
• Strong understanding of KS2 curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Passionate about helping children develop academically and personally.
